Buyers Initials verify understanding of the following key agreements:
1. Puppy will be AKC registered with Limited AKC registration, which is included in purchase price. This means this puppy will not be used for breeding at any time in its life. This puppy will be spayed/neutered and not allowed to breed. Delaying this until 18 months is recommended for research supported health reasons; timing is left up to buyer. If this puppy is used for breeding, this is a breach of this signed sales contract and there will be a $1000 fine for which you will pay all court costs.
Initial____
2. Seller certifies that this is a purebred Siberian husky, from a registered litter with the American Kennel Club (AKC). This puppy is of good health and free of communicable diseases. Seller guarantees puppy’s health for 72 hours after sale. During these 72 hours it is required that the puppy needs to be examined by a licensed veterinarian to ensure your vet & my vet agree puppy is healthy and for this guarantee to be valid. If puppy is found to be unhealthy within the 72-hour period Seller must be notified immediately. A copy from the vet with full description of illness is required. No vet bills will be refunded at any time for any reason. If death occurs during the guarantee period seller requires a Necropsy (animal autopsy) for verification of cause of death by a Licensed Veterinarian. When these conditions are all fulfilled, the puppy will be replaced with a puppy of the same sex from the next available litter. No monetary refunds will be given.
Initial____
3. This puppy is provided with a 24-month genetic health guarantee for hips or eyes with the following conditions:
If purchased puppy is found to have Genetic Hip Dysplasia or eye disease: Juvenile Cataracts or Progressive Retinal Atrophy (PRA)within two years of age, Buyer will need to provide documentation from OFA documenting Hip Dysplasia (in the case of hip dysplasia), documentation from a Veterinary Ophthalmologist documenting Juvenile Cataracts or PRA, and documentation from a licensed veterinarian that the puppy was otherwise in good health with no other obvious injuries, malnourishment, or abuse.
Initial____
4. We recommend that the puppy be continued on NuVet Plus supplements. Buyer will purchase NuVet using kennel code# 91253.
Initial____
5. Buyer assumes full responsibility (100%) of all costs and care of the dog after sale and during the span of Buyer’s ownership: vet bills testing, housing, food, and medicine, etc.
Initial____
6. Microchip: Microchip will be placed by breeder and registered in breeder and buyer’s name. If Buyers move or their phone number changes, they are required to update microchip registration
Initial____

7. It is up to you as the new owner to make sure this puppy continues training and socialization. Call around and find a class with several other puppies for adequate socialization, this is the main point of puppy class. Please start puppy classes within the next 2-3 weeks.
Initial____
8. Puppy will be feed Adult Farmina N&D Chicken and Pomegranate premium dog food for at least one month and if changing from breeder’s food to another high-quality food, puppy will be transitioned slowly over 2-4 weeks to avoid GI upset and/or illness following transition plan listed on website.
Initial____
9. Buyer agrees to keep all immunizations current, provide safe, clean, secure housing, proper nutrition, and fresh water, confined fenced area, use a leash for walking and will not leave the dog unsupervised on a rope or chain at any time.
Initial____
10. Pictures and a report of Puppy’s temperament will be sent at least yearly to the Breeder, so the quality of the breeding program can be continually evaluated.
Initial____
11. Contract is voided if oral flea and tick medication is used. These products are ingestible poisons that increase a huskies risk of neurological events &/or seizures. Buyer assumes all health risks associated if they decide to administer these products against breeders advice.
Initial____
12. If for any reason the buyer is not able to keep the dog for its entire life, the buyer will return the dog to the breeder. Return will be for breeder to find appropriate home and does not involve a refund. Re-homing fees typically paid past puppyhood are minimal and this is about finding the best placement for the puppy. When purchasing a puppy, intent should be for a lifetime commitment. For no reason will this puppy be placed in a rescue, shelter, or humane society for any reason. Failure to follow purchase guidelines will be considered a breech in this signed sales contract.
Initial____
Please note: I do not cover for any internal parasites (Coccidia, Giardia, Worms etc.) once the puppy leaves my home. Puppy has had a clear fecal exam per breeders’ vet. Many are very common puppy illnesses that can occur at any time, usually brought on by stress, food changes, and/or exposure, and are usually very easily treatable. Buyer agrees to be responsible and continue vaccinations and start heart worm preventative. Please do not bring your puppies to dog parks, truck stops, or places frequented by other animals until fully vaccinated. The only exception to this rule is puppy class and your own fully vaccinated healthy pets. I recommend making your vet appointment first thing in the morning before the office has been frequented by several pets.
Please continue to email, text, message or call me with any concerns. Do not wait until they are out of hand. I want to help support you as you help grow your puppy. The first year can be very hard, and the first weeks are a huge adjustment. The time and effort you put in now will make a world of difference as your puppy grows. The first 16-20 weeks are the most influential so take advantage of every single moment. Therefore, puppy classes are a must. Socialization alone helps them tremendously. Huskies need this.
By signing this document Buyer agrees to conditions of sale and has never been accused or convicted of animal cruelty or similar accusations or convictions:
