Placing a non-refundable holding fee on a future litter holds your place in line to pick a puppy. Gender preference may be listed but families can change preferences along the way. Holds are for place in line for puppy pick. Only those with an approved puppy questionnaire can place a holding fee. Holding fees are $400.00 and that amount will go toward total purchase price of puppy. Holding fees are non-refundable and will reserve your place in line once they arrive. Make sure you are commited and ready for a puppy when placing a hold because it turns others away and it will for no reason be returned. If there is not a puppy in the litter you want and this is determined and communicated in the first couple days after they are born, you can move your holding fee to the next available litter. If placing on a litter pending health certifications and they do not pass, you agree to move to another planned future breeding with health certified parents. Holding fees on future planned litters can be moved ahead to litters with available puppies if more than four are born prior to the waitlist you are on. Prices are currently $2000 (plus MN sales tax) for limited AKC (no breeding rights) to approved homes only. Due to MN State Law, we must charge sales tax of 7.375%. Breeder reserves first pick of each litter. Dates for future planned litters are tentative and subject to change. We always make sure the parents are healthy and sound prior to breeding and depending on heat cycles, this may occur sooner or later than stated below. Approved families can be placed on a call list without placing a hold. They will be contacted if there are any available puppies after those who have holds placed have a puppy reserved.
General waitlist. This waitlist is outside our litter waitlists that are currently full or timing isn’t right. Those who place a hold will have the first option to move into future litter waitlists when they open up or when a opening on a current waitlist becomes available based on dates the hold was placed. If a litter has more than four puppies, we go in order of when holds were placed for families claim available puppies to keep things fair.
